Travel news for hunters. If you are visiting South Africa and planning to travel with your hunting rifles, please take note of the following:
Only 3 Flight Operators, namely CEMAIR, AIRLINK and SAFAIR cater for firearms on their domestic flights.
Note that CemAir needs a minimum of 24 hours before departure for reservations of weapons on flight!
There are costs involved for using these services. We advise you to reserve a spot for your hunting weapons on these flights and pay this ahead of time.
